1 Updates to These Terms

We may change these Terms (and our Privacy Policy) whenever we need to — completely at our own discretion. Any change takes effect the moment it appears on this page.

If you keep using British IPTV after a change, you're accepting the new version. If you don't agree with it, please stop using the platform.

2 Age Restriction

You need to be at least 18 years old to use British IPTV. When you sign up, you're confirming you meet this requirement.

3 Fair Use of the Service

You agree to use British IPTV lawfully and sensibly. The following activities are not allowed:

• Sharing, re-streaming, rebroadcasting, or transmitting our content without written permission
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to access or interact with our platform
• Bypassing security features or trying to gain unauthorized access
• Using your subscription on more devices than you paid for. Account sharing is prohibited and results in suspension without refund.

4 Purchases from Third Parties

If you buy anything from a third-party vendor listed on our platform (for example, through a "click-to-purchase" link), that deal is strictly between you and that vendor. British IPTV has no involvement and no responsibility for those transactions.

5 Stream Quality & Performance

How well your stream performs depends on several things:

• The speed and stability of your internet connection
• What your device is capable of handling
• How many devices are sharing your network
• Where you're located geographically

We work hard to deliver top-quality streams, but British IPTV can't promise uninterrupted playback because of these outside factors. Remember — sharing your subscription can result in a suspension or a permanent device ban.

6 Payments & Refunds

Every subscription payment and every used credit is final and non-refundable.

Once your purchase goes through, we don't issue refunds or cancellations unless the law requires it. So please double-check your plan before you confirm payment.

7 Using a VPN or Proxy

You're allowed to connect to British IPTV through a VPN or proxy server. That said, if you use a VPN to get around geographic blocks or to break these terms, we may restrict your access or close your account.

8 Keeping Your Details Accurate

Everything you tell British IPTV must be correct, complete, and current. It's your job to keep your login details safe. British IPTV will never ask you for your password. Any activity that happens on your account is your responsibility.

9 Device Requirements

You need a compatible device that meets our system requirements to use the service. British IPTV can't guarantee it'll work on every device out there. Before you subscribe, please check our Supported Devices page.

10 Internet & Data Costs

You're responsible for any internet or data charges that come with using British IPTV. Your network provider may bill you extra for heavy data usage.

11 No Account Sharing

Subscriptions are personal and can't be shared between different users. Only one stream can run at a time. If you want to watch on several devices simultaneously, you'll need to buy additional subscriptions.

12 How to Purchase

All purchases must follow the ordering steps shown on British IPTV. Prices, accepted payment methods, and delivery information can change at any time without prior notice.

13 Downtime & Suspension

Sometimes British IPTV may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Planned system maintenance
• Unexpected server outages
• Network problems outside our control

We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access if you break these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the service.

14 Legal Compliance & Termination

British IPTV may restrict, suspend, or close your access without warning if:

• You break these Terms & Conditions
• You break any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• You try to access the service without authorization or disrupt how it works

By using British IPTV, you accept that serious violations may lead to legal action.

15 Copyright & Intellectual Property

The British IPTV name, logo, graphics, and scripts are registered trademarks owned by British IPTV. You can't copy, download, or reuse any of them without our written permission.
